The oldest hotel in Hungary, originally opened in the 18th century, has been transformed into Pest-Buda. This stylish, design-forward boutique hotel and classic Hungarian bistro is located in the Buda Castle district, the historic heart of Budapest, very close to downtown. The family-owned hotel and restaurant also boasts a terrace with a warm, friendly, understated atmosphere.

Along with a vibrant history the freshly revamped Pest-Buda is now one of the most stylish boutique hotels in the city, sporting 10 individually designed luxurious rooms and suites.

Atop the building, two atelier suites feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls, freestanding bathtubs, and oversized walk-in showers, all set against the backdrop of the original exposed brick baroque roof structure.

Pest-Buda-Hotel Design & Boutique is situated in historic building of the Castle district of Budapest, 200 metres from Matthias Church. Originally opened in 1696, the hotel was renovated in 2016. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant featuring homemade-style cuisine and a seasonal terrace overlooking the Matthias Church. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
